Michelle has over 17 years’ experience in finance and banking, specialising in residential mortgage finance.
She has a professional approach to customer relations, working with both clients and banks to provide a personal and efficient service with a focus on the customer’s experience, ensuring all their needs are met and updated throughout the process.
Michelle currently holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
Her industry knowledge and methodical work methods are invaluable assets. She understands that everybody has different circumstances and enjoys assisting clients throughout the entire process to help everything run smoothly.
